Hip Hop  dance classes with Paula are to help drive students forward in their dance skills and technique. The class is process oriented for dancers to build new skills and movement qualities to add to their creative repertory. Various styles of Hip Hop may include: Old School, Popping, Locking, Floorwork, Smooth R&B and Commercial Industry Style.  Each class will begin with a thorough warm-up, core strengthening exercises (sit-ups, push-ups), center floor routine and improvisation. The class as a whole will build strength, stamina, endurance, coordination, confidence and personal style in a fun and positive environment.  Paula also works closely with the musicality and lyrical structure of the music.
